We encourage all riders to report non-emergency issues and anything on the RTD system that isn’t right via the Customer Comment Form or by calling 303-299-6000.
Bus Issues

If reporting an issue with a particular bus, be sure to include as much information as possible, such as:
- Date and time of incident.
- Location of incident.
- Route number (e.g. 48).
- Route direction or destination (e.g. Westbound or 60th & Dahlia).
- 4-digit vehicle number (e.g. 6244).
- Block number (e.g. 1).
Rail Issues

If reporting an issue with a particular light rail service, be sure to include as much information as possible, such as:
- Date and time of incident.
- Location of incident.
- Line letter (e.g. L).
- Line direction or destination (e.g. Westbound or 30th & Downing).
- 3 or 4-digit vehicle number (e.g. 237).
- Block number (e.g. 9) – light rail only.
Bus Stop Issues

If reporting an issue with a bus stop, be sure to include the 5 digit stop number, which is written on the sign. Stop numbers can also be looked up on the RTD NextRide, Transit or Google Maps apps.
Transit Watch App

Safety and security incidents should be reported using the Transit Watch app.
For urgent assistance from the RTD Transit Police, call 303-299-2911. If it is an emergency, always call 911.
